I've often heard parents say 'everything changes when a child comes along'.  Like me, did you ever hear yourself say or think 'when I have children I will raise them this way or I'd never do that (after watching another parent with their child/ren)?!'

It's true! Nothing can prepare you for parenthood.  What's amazing though is how you just adjust and somehow navigate your way through the years, especially the first year.

And that's my story. I have a vibrant, cheeky three year old son who has taught me so much in such a short time.

​

Being pregnant for the first time, being a first time parent whilst exciting was daunting. And...I never knew there was so much to learn about the colour of poo!

​

My aim is to start an online community where we can be authentic and share our experiences in the parenthood journey.  

​

It's so easy to forget 'you' when a child comes along. My goal is to not only focus on the children but also on you. Perhaps you are looking for a career change that allows you flexibility to spend more time at home.  I'll share potential ideas and how to navigate the vast information available.

I'm no expert, just a rookie parent! But I believe that in sharing we grow.  And it sure does take a village to raise a family and build a home.
